How to issue a component release certificate
1. In order to issue a component release certificate, go to the module "Workshop".
2. Then go to the tab "Release Certificate".
Note: You can issue a component release certificate from the tab "Release Certificate" or by opening the submodule "EASA Form".
3. Click on the button "New" to begin issuing a release certificate.
4. Select the part number and click on the button "Select". Note: The certificate number will be entered automatically in the field "Form Tracking Number".
5. Select the required part number in the list and click on the corresponding line. Note: The description of the component in the field "Description" will be entered automatically.
6. Enter the quantity of components in the field "Qty".
7. Select the serial number and click on the button "Select".
8. Select the serial number in the list and click on the corresponding line.
9. If the component's serial number is not listed, enter it in the field "Serial No.".
10. Enter the contract number, work card number, or invoice number in the field "Work Order/Contract/Invoice".
11. Enter the status of the component after completing work in the field "Status/Work".
12. Enter completed work or other comments in the field "Remarks".
13. You can select a description of the work performed and comments. To do this, click on the button "Select".
14. Select a description in the list and click on the corresponding line.
15. If necessary, enter the operating time of the component since the date of the last overhaul in the field "TSO".
16. If necessary, enter the operating time of the component from the date of manufacture in the field "Total Time".
17. Click in the field "Name" and select from the dropdown list the personnel who certified the component and issued the certificate. Note: The current approval certificate number will be entered automatically in the field "Certificate/Approval Ref. No.".
18. Enter the component certificate issue date in the field "Date" or select from the calendar.
19. If necessary, tick the aviation authorities in the fields "EASA", "UKR", "NCAA" and "FAA".
20. Select the aviation authority from the dropdown list in the field "Authority".
21. If a certificate needs to be issued for a new manufactured product, you must click in the window "Filter Part-21G".
22. For a new manufactured product, complete the appropriate fields in section 13 of the certificate with the same data as section 14 above is completed.
23. Click on the button "Add" to add the component certificate data to the program.
24. Click on the button Yes to confirm adding the component certificate information to the program.
25. Click on the button "OK" the component certificate data has been successfully entered into the program.
26. Click on the button "View" and check that the component and its certificate is displayed in the list.
27. The component and its certificate will be at the top of the list in the window "EASA List".
