How to add a new tool's element of kit
1. To add a new tool's element of kit, go to the submodule "TMS".
2. Click on the button "Show Editor" to open the tool editor.
3. Make sure the editor is open and accessible on the tab "Tool".
4. Go to the tab "Tool's Elements".
5. If necessary, put a marker for adding the tool's element of kit to the list of required tools in the field "In Required List".
6. Enter the part number of the tool's element of kit in the field "Tool Element PN".
7. Enter the registration number of the tool's element of kit in the field "Registration ID".
8. Select the status of the tool's element of kit from the dropdown list in the field "Status".
9. Enter the name of the tool's element of kit in the field "PN Description".
10. Enter the name of the tool's element of kit of supplier in the field "Supplier".
11. Enter the name of the tool's element of kit of manufacturer in the field "Manufacturer".
12. Enter the part number of the tool's element of kit of supplier in the field "Supplier PN".
13. If necessary, enter the serial number of the tool's element of kit in the field **"Serial No."
14. If necessary, enter a link to the technical documentation in the field "Ref. in Maintenance Data".
15. If necessary, enter information about what the tool's element of kit is used for in the field "Usage".
16. If necessary, enter any other information in the field "Remarks". Note: The login of the specialist who entered the data on the tool's element of kit and the date of entry will be displayed by the program automatically in the fields "Inserted By" and "Inserted Date".
17. Click on the button "Add" to add a tool's element of kit.
18. Click on the button "Yes" to confirm adding the new tool's element of kit.
