How to place components to Quarantine
Note: This chapter consists of two ways to place components in quarantine: the first is when the component will be put in store firstly, and the second is when the component has already been received for storage.
А. Component has not been received yet.
0. For the receiving component to quarantine, go to submodule "Receiving".
1. Then go to the tab "Receiving", select one of the following Order types: PO, RO, EO, CO, or Pool.
2. Enter the Order number to find the line, and press the button "Enter" on your keyboard or select from dropdown list.
Note: Placing of components in Quarantine is possible if Order number (PO, RO, EO, CO, POOL) exists.
3. Visually, check that the necessary components are identified in the line below.
4. Highlight the necessary line below.
5. Click on the button "Q" (Quarantine).
6. Enter data about the reason for placing the unit in quarantine (for example, wrong data into documents, certificate is missed, etc., damages to the unit; all of them are pointed to in your incoming control document)in the text field of appeared window "Quarantine Reason".
7. Enter a store name or select from the dropdown list.
8. Enter the shelf number (room, rack и etc.).
9. Click on the button "Save".
Note: If it is necessary to print a quarantine report, click on the field "Print".
10. Click on the button "Yes", for confirmation of loading entered data to program.
11. Enter your Alaskar password.
12. Click on the button "Ок".
13. Visually check that the color of line changed to red color. Component is successfully placed in quarantine.
14. If you would like to check all quarantine items, go to the tab "Quarantine".
B. Component has been already received to store.
1. For placing components in quarantine, please go to submodule "Corrections".
2. Then go to the tab "Fix Store Item".
Note: If necessary, you can use other search criteria and fields: "Filter-Description", "Filter-Batch number", "Store Address", "Store"
4. Or select from dropdown list.
5. Highlight the applicable line with the component.
6. Visually check that component data appears in the editor window.
7. Click on the button "Quarantine" .
8. Visually check that the window "Quarantine Reason" is opened.
9. Enter information about the quarantine reason in the text field of the window "Quarantine Reason" (for example, wrong data in the certificate, damages, a certificate is missed, etc.) in accordance with the incoming inspection condition).
10. Click on the button "Save", to save all the data in the program.
11. Click on the button "Yes", to confirm loading data into the program.
12. Enter your Alaskar password in this field.
13. Click on the button "ОK".
14. Visually, the check line with the component has disappeared. Component is successfully placed in quarantine.
15. You can see all quarantined components in the submodule "Receiving", into tab "Quarantine".
