How to initialize a new MP task
1. For initializing the MP task, please go to the tab "Actual Structure".
2. Select aircraft registration in the list of window "Actual Structure-Select Aircraft Reg.-SN".
3. Click on the button "Initializing", to open the submodule.
4. Then go to the tab "Tasks Initializing".
5. Select the corresponding MP task for initializing, and click on the line in the column "Selected". Note: If necessary, you can use the available searching filters: "Filter Task", "Filter Interval" etc.
6. Check that the selected line with the MP task is presented in the window "Task Initializing Editor".
7. Select the line of MP tasks that should be initialized, and click on the corresponding line in the window "Task Initializing Editor".
8. Check that the filter is set in the field "Compl. оn the window "Initializing Data".
9. Enter information about the last performing of task, if it is applicable, in the fields "Compl.Date, "Compl.FH, "Compl.FC.
10. Check that the filter is set in the field "Dueоn the window "Initializing Data".
11. Enter information about the next task performed in the fields "Due Date, "Due FH, "Due FC.
12. Identify the effectivity of this task on aircraft MSN and if it is not applicable tick in the field "Not effective.
13. Click on the button "Confirm", to add data to the program.
14. Click on the button "Yes", to confirm adding data to the program.
15. Check that the selected MP task is presented in the initialized task window. For this purpose, set a filter in the field "Initialized".
16. Carry out the initializing MP task for all aircraft in your fleet. Select the next aircraft from dropdown list in the field "AC Reg.".
