How to add document references to the AMP task

1. For adding document references to the AMP task, please go to submodule "AMP- Maintenance Program".

2. Select the company name in the list of window "AMP- Select Operator Name".
3. Select aircraft type in the list of window "AMP for Selected- Operator".
4. Click on the button "Open", for opening AMP menu.

5. Then go to tab "AMP MR".
6. Then go to the tab "Doc.Ref." of the editor, "Aircraft Maintenance Requirements Editor".
7. Click on the button "Edit".

8. Enter the document number in the searching field and press the button "Enter" on your keyboard.
Check that the result is found, and for adding documents to AMP, please double-click on the corresponding line. 9. 10. Click on the button **"Add" to add data to the program.

11. Click on the button "Yes", to confirm adding data to the program.

12. Check that a new line with the document is created in the window "Doc.Ref.".

Note: If, while searching for a document in the list, you did not find it, it is necessary to add this document to the list. In this case, perform items 13–19 of this instruction. See below.

13. Return to editor mode and click on the button "Edit".

14. Enter the abbreviation of the document name in the field "Doc.Type".
15. Or select from dropdown list.
16. Enter the document number in the field "Document Reference".
17. Click on the button **"Add" to add data to the program.

18. Click on the button "Close", to exit from edit mode.

19. Check that a new line with the document is created in the window "Doc.Ref.".
