How to check component status


Note: This instruction is for use by personnel who do not have access to submodule "Planing".

1. To check component status, go to the tab "Actual Structure". /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_reports_1.png

2. Select the aircraft registration number in the list of the window "Actual Structure-Select Aircraft Reg.-SN".
3. Click on the button "Reports", to open the submodule. /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_reports_2.png

4. Then go to the tab "Component Status". /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_component_status_1.png

5. Select the aircraft registration number in the list in the window "List of Tasks". /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_component_status_2.png

6. Select the necessary MP tasks or EC for checking in the list of windows "List of Components". Click on the corresponding line.
7. If necessary, enter the searching serial or part number in the fields "PN" or "SN".

Note: If you don't know the SN or PN of a component, you can use the available searching filters: "Description", "IPC Position","Position". Then find the corresponding line by scrolling.

8. Click on the button "Show History", to open list for checking. /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_component_status_4.png

9. Information about the current status and history of components is available in the opened window "Component List". /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_component_status_5.png

10. If necessary, to receive information about FH or FC of TBR or TBF, click on the button  "Show TBR". /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_component_status_6.png

11. Information about FH/TBR and FC/TBR of components is available in the opened window "Tasks List" in the columns  "FH TBR" and "FC TBR". /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_component_status_7.png

12. If necessary, to receive information about the last replacement of components for a time period, go to the tab "Last Replacement Status by Position". /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_component_status_8.png

13. Enter the time period of report creation from one necessary date to another. /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_component_status_9.png

14. Click on the button "Show History", to open the list for checking. /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_component_status_10.png

15. Information about the last replacement of components for a time period is available in the opened window "Tasks List". /images/how_to/Part-M/How_to_check_component_status_11.png

Note: If necessary, you can download the list to an Excel file by clicking on the symbol excel in the top right corner of the screen.

Note: To come back to select mode, click on the button "Select".
