How to distribute customer request


1. To distribute customer request, go to the submodule "WP Distribution". /images/how_to/Line Maintenance/How_to_distribute_WP_task_card_1.png

2. Then go to the tab "Cust. Requests". /images/how_to/Line Maintenance/How_to_distribute_cust._requests_1.png

3. Click on the line with the request for the distribution twice. /images/how_to/Line Maintenance/How_to_distribute_cust._requests_2.png

4. Make sure that the required customer request is displayed in the right window  "Selected Customer Requests". /images/how_to/Line Maintenance/How_to_distribute_WP_task_card_3.png

5. Select from dropdown list the ID of the staff who will perform this customer request. /images/how_to/Line Maintenance/How_to_distribute_WP_task_card_4.png

6. Click the diskette symbol button to save the distribution. /images/how_to/Line Maintenance/How_to_distribute_WP_task_card_5.png

7. Click on the button "Yes", to confirm the distribution of customer request to perform. /images/how_to/Line Maintenance/How_to_distribute_WP_task_card_6.png

8. Make sure that the customer request has moved from the "open" status to the "planned" status. To check it, set the filter "P". /images/how_to/Line Maintenance/How_to_distribute_WP_task_card_7.png

9. Customer request is fully distributed to staff for performance. /images/how_to/Line Maintenance/How_to_distribute_WP_task_card_8.png
