How to create customer request
1. To create customer request, go to the submodule "WP Distribution".
2. Then go to the tab "Cust. Requests".
3. Click on the button "Add", to add new customer request.
4. Make sure that customer request editor is opened in the window "Customer Request Editor". Note: Customer Request number will be generated automatically.
5. Enter АТА number in the field "ATA".
6. Select request status "O - opened" from dropdown list in the field "Status". Note: If necessary, enter additional information about citeria in the fields: "ETOPS","ETOPS II", "CAT 3",etc.
7. If necessary, select NRC status "O - opened" from dropdown list in the field "NRC Status". Note: If your request is related to structural repair, click in the window "Structure Related Item".
8. Enter request description in the field "Description".
9. If necessary, enter the part and serial number of the component in the fields "P/N" and "S/N".
10. Enter required man-hours quantity in the field "MHR".
11. Enter required downtime of aircraft in the field "Down".
12. To select customer task group click in the field "Group".
13. From the dropdown list, select the required group by clicking on the corresponding line.
14. If necessary, enter additional information about customer request "Reference" and "Note".
15. Click on the button with a plus to add a new created customer task.
16. Click on the button "Yes", to confirm adding new customer task to program.
17. Make sure that the record about the newly created customer Request is displayed in the window "Customer Requests".
