How to add materials and tools to modification of Work Package
1. In order to add materials and tools o modification of Work Package, go to the submodule "TC Materials".
2. Select the required WP from the list "Select Work Orders" and click on the corresponding line. Note: If necessary, use the available filter by Work Package number.
3. Then go to the tab "Modifications".
4. Select the required task card from the list "Modifications" and click on the corresponding line. Note: If necessary, use the available filter in the field: "Filter".
5. Make sure that the number of the modification is displayed in the field "Modification".
6. Then go to the tab "Materials".
7. Enter the required part number of the material that you are looking for in the searching field "Filter" and press the knob "Enter" on your keyboard. Note: If necessary to reset the search filter, click on the button "Reset".
8. Select the material that you are looking for from the list and click on the corresponding line.
9. Check that the editor "Materials/Tools Specification" is opened and available.
10. Select the units of the material from the dropdown list in the field "Unit".
11. Enter data about the required quantity of materials in the field "Qty".
12. Click on the button "Save", to add material to the task.
13. Click on the button "Yes" to confirm adding the material into the program.
14. Check that the record about the added material is displayed in the window "Found Materials for Selected Task".
Note: If it is necessary to add other materials, repeat the instructions from steps 7 to 13 of this instruction.
15. Then go to the tab "Tools".
16. Repeat the steps from 7 to 13 of this instruction to add the required tool.
17. Check that the record with added tool is displayed in the window "Found Tools for Selected Task".
