How to attach a document to a damage card
1. In order to add a document to a damage card, go to the submodule "Dent and Buckle".
2. Then go to the tab "Damage".
3. Select the damage card from the list for attaching a document and click on the corresponding line in the window "Damage Report List".
4. Click on the button "Attachment Documents" to open the document attachment editor.
5. Check that the document attachment section has opened and is available in the window "Attachment Editor".
6. Click on the button "Link" to select a document on your computer.
7. Select the required document file on your computer and click on the button "Open".
8. Check that the added document is displayed in the field "Link".
9. Click on the button "Add" to add the document to the Repair Order card.
10. Click on the button "Yes" to confirm adding the document to the Repair Order card.
11. Check that the added document is displayed in the list of the window "Attachment Links".
12. The number of attached documents is displayed on the button symbol of the window "Repair Order Editor".
