How to edit Customer Work Order


1. In order to edit Customer Work Order, go to the  submodule "Customer Work Orders". /images/how_to/Customer WEB Center/How_to_create_customer_WO_1.png

2. Select the required customer work order and click on the corresponding line.

Note: If necessary, use the available filters in the fields:  "A/C Reg.", "A/C Type", "STA" and so on.

3. Click on the button "Edit" to open editing mode. /images/how_to/Customer WEB Center/How_to_edit_customer_WO_2.png

4. Make the required changes to the Customer WO text fields. /images/how_to/Customer WEB Center/How_to_edit_customer_WO_3.png

5. If you need to add one more step to completing the work, enter the item number in the field "Item". /images/how_to/Customer WEB Center/How_to_edit_customer_WO_4.png

6. Enter a description of the task to be performed in the field "Description". /images/how_to/Customer WEB Center/How_to_edit_customer_WO_5.png

7. Click on the button "Add Task" to add this task to the program. /images/how_to/Customer WEB Center/How_to_edit_customer_WO_6.png

8. Check that the newly created task is displayed in the window "Task List".

Note: If necessary, add more tasks and repeat steps 5 to 7.

9. Click on the button  "Save" to save the entered data into the program. /images/how_to/Customer WEB Center/How_to_edit_customer_WO_8.png

10. Check that the revised customer order is displayed in the window "Customer Work Orders". /images/how_to/Customer WEB Center/How_to_edit_customer_WO_9.png
