How to edit Customer Work Order
1. In order to edit Customer Work Order, go to the submodule "Customer Work Orders".
2. Select the required customer work order and click on the corresponding line. Note: If necessary, use the available filters in the fields: "A/C Reg.", "A/C Type", "STA" and so on.
3. Click on the button "Edit" to open editing mode.
4. Make the required changes to the Customer WO text fields.
5. If you need to add one more step to completing the work, enter the item number in the field "Item".
6. Enter a description of the task to be performed in the field "Description".
7. Click on the button "Add Task" to add this task to the program.
8. Check that the newly created task is displayed in the window "Task List". Note: If necessary, add more tasks and repeat steps 5 to 7.
9. Click on the button "Save" to save the entered data into the program.
10. Check that the revised customer order is displayed in the window "Customer Work Orders".
