How to close a Line Work Order
1. In order to close the Line Work Order, go to the submodule "Line Work Orders".
2. Make sure that the window for working with LWO is open and accessible in the window "Line Work Orders".
3. Select the required line with LWO to close the list. Click on a corresponding line to highlight it. Note: If necessary, use the available search filters: "ID", "WO Number" and so on.
4. Click on the button "Close".
5. Enter information about the work performed on the aircraft in the field "WO Action". Note: The fields "A/C Reg., A/C Type, A/C Serial No." will be filled in automatically by the program.
6. Enter the logbook number in the field "TLog".
7. Enter the WO closing date in the field "Compl. Date" or select from the calendar.
8. Enter the actual number of standard hours spent in the field "Man Hours".
9. Select from the dropdown list the initials of who closed the LWO (in accordance with your company's policy) in the field "Compl.by"
10. Select from the dropdown list the initials of who controlled the LWO (in accordance with your company's policy) in the field "Mech.by".
11. Select the specialization of the person who performed the work from the dropdown list in the field "License".
12. Click on the button "Close", the WO closing process is completed; you need to write the entered data into the program.
13. Click on the button "Yes", confirm entering the data into the program and close the LWO.
14. Check that the entry with your open Line Work Order has disappeared in the window "Line Work Orders".
